Com\"image1\"bien de fois ai-je entendu dire que le caoutchouc des pneus bas de gamme devait \u00eatre synth\u00e9tique\u2026 et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 tout\u00a0r\u00e9cemment je le croyais aussi, mais il n\u2019en est rien! La v\u00e9rit\u00e9 c\u2019est que le caoutchouc naturel (Natural Rubber = NR) provient d\u2019un arbre, l\u2019h\u00e9v\u00e9a. Le caoutchouc est cot\u00e9 en bourse et ses\u00a0propri\u00e9t\u00e9s vont varier en fonction de plusieurs\u00a0facteurs un peu comme le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable\u2026 Dans le cas du caoutchouc synth\u00e9tique (Styrene-Butadiene Rubber= SBR) il est fabriqu\u00e9 chimiquement et bien qu\u2019il ait des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rentes du caoutchouc naturel il n\u2019est en rien moins bon\u2026 Donc qu\u2019est-ce qui alt\u00e8re la qualit\u00e9 du caoutchouc?<\/p>\n

Vous trouverez ici-bas, un exemple d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients utilis\u00e9s dans la fabrication des pneus. Tout d\u00e9bute toujours par l\u2019\u00e9tape du m\u00e9langeage o\u00f9 on prend ces ingr\u00e9dients dans des quantit\u00e9s pr\u00e9cises afin d\u2019obtenir les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de caoutchouc voulues\"Raw

Voici donc une liste de facteurs, qui est d\u2019ailleurs fort incompl\u00e8te, qui influencera la qualit\u00e9 du caoutchouc produit\u00a0:<\/p>\n

  1. La qualit\u00e9 des ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0: Les substances chimiques utilis\u00e9es varieront grandement en prix entre autre par la variabilit\u00e9 de leurs caract\u00e9ristiques, mais aussi par leur raffinement. Ainsi la grosseur des particules devient tr\u00e8s importante et bien entendu plus on veut un produit stable plus il faut y mettre le prix.<\/li>\n
  2. La qualit\u00e9 du m\u00e9langeage\u00a0: Quand on veut \u00e9pargner, rien de mieux que de couper sur le m\u00e9langeage. Un peu comme une recette de g\u00e2teau, si les ingr\u00e9dients ne sont pas bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9s, la p\u00e2te ne l\u00e8vera pas\u2026 il en est de m\u00eame pour le caoutchouc. Des ingr\u00e9dients m\u00e9lang\u00e9s rapidement donneront des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s fort in\u00e9gales.<\/li>\n
  3. La recette\u00a0:\n

    • On veut g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u2019un pneu\u00a0qu\u2019il r\u00e9siste \u00e0 l\u2019ozone, qu\u2019il ait une bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019abrasion sur la semelle, une bonne flexion au niveau des flancs, etc. La fa\u00e7on d\u2019obtenir ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s est d\u2019ajouter certaines substances qui pourront, lors du vieillissement du pneu, par exemple, revenir en surface.<\/li>\n
    • Quand on moule du caoutchouc on cherche en fait \u00e0 remplir ce moule\u2026 et donc, si on cherche \u00e0 couper sur le prix, on a tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 ce que le prix pour combler ce volume soit le moins dispendieux possible\u2026 pour ce faire il existe des \u00ab\u00a0agents de remplissage\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>. Par exemple, dans certains cas les manufacturiers ajouteront de la poudrette de caoutchouc provenant de vieux pneus ou de l\u2019argile\u2026 Par contre, c\u2019est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement au d\u00e9triment des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques du produit final\u2026 Le caoutchouc en sera d\u2019autant plus faible!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
